Payton has a charismatic, joyful personality and always see the glass half full. She began her career path at the Aveda Institute of Birmingham and joined the d’Markos team in August of 2022 setting herself up for a successful career. Payton’s ultimate purpose as a hairstylist is for every guest to feel comfortable and confident in her ability to provide excellent services, love the skin they are in and the hair they wear. She believes that everyone should LOVE their salon and service provider and for those that don’t then come sit in her chair and have an experience you’ve never had before.
